Simply no complaints whatsoever, really comfortable stay. This hotel is deluxe, favourable location, affable staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a seating area available in the a double room. A lot of good food👌

The location of this place was great, right in the middle of Jackson. The staff members were all helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable, and we would definitely come back again.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel during New Year. The amenities offered were top-notch and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was the perfect way to start our mornings. The location was also ideal as it was only a short walk to the main attractions and shopping areas. Another great advantage was the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the noise levels in our room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. However, this was quickly addressed by the hotel staff who were prompt to provide noise-cancelling earplugs that solved the issue.
